Description

The Haute Maurienne Vanoise Tourist Office is looking to recruit a a Community Manager (M/F) on a sandwich course.

Located in Haute Maurienne Vanoise, on the border with Italy, Aussois is a friendly, lively and authentic village at the gateway to the Vanoise National Park. A year-round village resort, rich in heritage and preserved environment. The ideal base camp for a multi-activity holiday in the heart of Haute Maurienne Vanoise. Skiing, climbing, mountain biking, trail running... sporting experiences to share with the whole family, from experts to beginners.

 

Your missions

As part of managing the Aussois resort's image on social networks, the Community Manager will work directly with the Press and Content Manager to carry out the following tasks:

Community Management

  • Decline the destination's communication strategy on social networks
  • During the tourist season (July-August and December-April), animates the resort's social networks (Facebook + Instagram + tiktok) on a daily basis.
  • Leads and moderates relations with destination fans (comments and messages)
  • Increase community size, interaction and destination visibility
  • Report on actions to achieve departmental KPIs (reach and engagement)
  • Create editorial content: text, photo, video, story, live...
  • Participates in relations with invited influencers as part of communication plans

Actor in digital communication

  • Participates in the communication department's editorial committees
  • Works with and supports other Haute Maurienne Vanoise Tourist Office Community Managers (4 people in charge of other Haute Maurienne Vanoise resorts)
  • Contributes to joint projects across the Haute Maurienne Vanoise territory (content production)

Quality approach

  • Participates in the management and monitoring of the tourism quality approach in conjunction with the Quality Manager:
    • respond to questions on social networks within 8 hours (working day)
The profile you're looking for
  • Students in communications, digital marketing or tourism (Bac +3 to Bac +5)
  • An interest in tourism, local culture and local development
  • Excellent writing skills and impeccable spelling
  • Good command of photo and video production
  • Enthusiastic, proactive, curious and creative but organized and rigorous
  • Passionate about the mountains, in good physical condition, and holder of a B driver's license.
  • outdoor activities (at least advanced hiking and skiing)
  • Curiosity and sensitivity to new trends
The position

Position on a one-year apprenticeship contract to be filled from the start of the 2025 academic year.

The office is based in Aussois, but the Community Manager will be required to travel regularly throughout Haute Maurienne Vanoise as part of his/her duties.

Remuneration according to the legal scale. Additional pay for work on Sundays, nights and public holidays.

Desired work-study schedule: on-the-job training during the tourist seasons (July-August and mid-December to mid-April).

The position is unhoused, but we can help you find an apartment.
